The Weigh In!
Today marks 1 week of my journey, wow, it seems much longer than that! I would like to say that I feel very accomplished, NEVER, have I gone a full week (Mon-Fri) of workouts everyday, I am VERY proud of not only me, but my workout partner, Yvonne, as well! WE CAN DO THIS!! So after one week of great workouts and eating healthier, I am ecstatic to announce, as I weighed myself this evening, I have lost 2 pounds!!!!!! Yup, I am now at 148
Thank you to everybody for your continued motivation and encouragement, it really does mean the world to me. It also helps give me that extra boost of energy I need to hit the gym, thanks again!
My goal was 2 pounds per month, I met that in that in the first week. HOWEVER, 148, has usually been a hill that can’t be crossed for me! For two years now, I have been at 148 several times, but no matter what I tried, could never get below that. This time I will NOT give up! I will climb and surpass this slope!! It may not be in this week or next, but I will see 147 and/or less soon!

We can do it and we will! I’m beyond happy to have such a motivated partner and love that you make time pass by so fast. U showing up everyday inspires me to just keep going and I thank u for that! Can’t wait till I too see results! See you later !
