The Weigh In!

Today marks 1 week of my journey, wow, it seems much longer than that! I would like to say that I feel very accomplished, NEVER, have I gone a full week (Mon-Fri) of workouts everyday, I am VERY proud of not only me, but my workout partner, Yvonne, as well! WE CAN DO THIS!! So after one week of great workouts and eating healthier, I am ecstatic to announce, as I weighed myself this evening, I have lost 2 pounds!!!!!! Yup, I am now at 148 :) Thank you to everybody for your continued motivation and encouragement, it really does mean the world to me. It also helps give me that extra boost of energy I need to hit the gym, thanks again!

My goal was 2 pounds per month, I met that in that in the first week. HOWEVER, 148, has usually been a hill that can’t be crossed for me! For two years now, I have been at 148 several times, but no matter what I tried, could never get below that. This time I will NOT give up! I will climb and surpass this slope!! It may not be in this week or next, but I will see 147 and/or less soon!
