Week 4
I’m not going to lie, writing this post, I’m feeling kinda bummed, guilty, embarrassed…I didn’t loose any weight this week. BUT that’s not what’s bothering me, the fact that I had such a lack of motivation last week, is what’s making me feel this way. I know that if I was more motivated and not so easily weakened by non-healthy foods, I would have had better results! However, b/c of this lack of motivation, it gives me the strength that I need to say, I WILL have more motivation this week, I WILL work harder, I WILL eat healthier, and I WILL have better results!!! Yesterday marked 4 weeks, since we started this amazing journey and so far I’ve lost a total of 5 lbs. If you remember, I wanted to loose at least a minimum of 2 lbs per MONTH, so 5 lbs is great!! Thursday, the 25th, will mark one month exactly since I started my journey to 130, and so I will post again that day, with pictures as well, of my progress in this month. So stay tuned for Thursday’s results!

Me tooooo!!! I feel so un-motivated because I have not seen any results & all the hard work….. Ugh.. It’s just so frustrating!!! I’m not giving up though, so Mags I’m still with you… Let’s keep going & motivate one another on this, remember your an inspiration no matter what;)

Mag, how are u doing on eating the protein? Eggs, nuts, beans, PROTEIN SHAKES. If u hit a week where u don’t lose the weight, u might try adding a shake once or twice a day. I noticed the most weight loss when I had lots of protein in my diet. I buy the big can of protein powder from walmart (about $17) and I would mix one scoop with 4 oz of water for mid morning snack, then again right after a workout. Keep up the good work comadre!
